How would you like the receipt?
Grouped by what each setting controls, and searchable. Bartenders never see this screen.
The rules that decide what a guest is charged. Nothing here is final; DEC-004 and DEC-006 are still open decisions.
Percentages shown to guests as tip choices at Pay.
How a neat or rocks pour is priced. Per ounce charges the pour size times the bottle's per-ounce price. Shelf charges one flat price per pour, by the bottle's assigned shelf tier, regardless of pour size. Cocktail pricing is unaffected either way; it always prices by ounces and build charge.
Every straight liquor pour (neat or on the rocks) at this location uses this one size. It only matters for depletion when Pricing model above is Shelf, since a shelf-priced pour charges one flat price regardless of pour size; the sell screen shows no pour-size picker on that path. Draft beer and wine keep their own pour sizes and are not affected.
Names and prices for each tier. Used to price a pour when this location's pricing model above is Shelf. Read here and in three other places (the bottle form, the Inventory filter chips, and Discounts scope); this is the only place to edit them.
"Keep tab open" places a hold for this amount on a guest's card instead of charging it right away.
A tab can only be kept open with a hold once this is set.
The auto-gratuity charge never applies unless this is on. Only turn it on after the signage is actually posted.
Card readers this location can charge to. Every charge here is simulated; no real card is ever touched in this environment.
The discounts a bartender can put on a ticket or a single drink. Turning one off takes it off their picker and leaves past tickets readable.
A comp is Percent off at 100.
The reasons a bartender picks from when a made drink comes off a ticket. Turning one off takes it off their picker and leaves past voids readable.
The reasons a bartender picks from when a discount needs one. Turning one off takes it off their picker and leaves past discounts readable.
The reasons a bartender picks from when a payment is refunded. Turning one off takes it off their picker and leaves past refunds readable.
Turn drinks on or off for the season, or add and edit a drink. Bartenders only see drinks marked Active.
The categories a cocktail's liquor slot can call for, and the ones a bottle is filed under. Add one when the bar starts stocking a spirit the list does not cover. Turning one off takes it off new drinks and leaves existing ones readable.
How a bottle arrives: bottle, can, keg, or something the list does not cover yet.
The pour sizes offered when a bottle is priced by the ounce. Values are in ounces.
The glass sizes offered when a wine is priced by the ounce. Kept separate from the pour sizes above so a bourbon is never offered a wine glass, and a wine is never offered a shot. Values are in ounces.
The bottle sizes offered on the Inventory item editor's Size field for a liquor item. Values are a number immediately followed by ml, l, or oz, e.g. 375ml.
The sizes offered on the Inventory item editor's Size field for a draft beer or a packaged (bottled or canned) item. Values are a number immediately followed by oz, e.g. 16oz.
How drinks are grouped on the floor menu. This is presentation only; it does not change what a drink is made of.
Manage the liquor, draft beer, and packaged items bartenders can sell, and their price.
Count what is on the shelf. Closing a count posts an adjustment only for what changed; everything not counted is left alone.
Count areas are the areas of your bar in the order you walk them when counting: Well, Back bar, Storage. They just set the order you count in. Areas never split your inventory into separate pools, and you can skip this entirely and count everything in one pass.
No active items to count yet. Add items in the Inventory tab first.
Vendors this location purchases from. Assign an item to one or more vendors from that item's own editor in Inventory.
Build a cart from search, low stock, or par; place an order; and record what a vendor delivers. Invoice capture is not yet built.
Governs every PIN in this location: what staff may choose, and how sign-in responds to repeated wrong PINs. Shortening the allowed length does not change anyone's existing PIN, only the next one they set.
Four digits is the shortest this product allows, and it is not configurable below that. A PIN generated for someone is always minted at the longest length allowed here.
A manager can always unlock someone immediately from this screen, whatever the lock duration is set to.
Add staff, reset a forgotten PIN, unlock a locked account, or deactivate someone who has left. Bartenders never see this panel.
What each role is allowed to do. A change here applies to everyone who has that role, straight away, with nothing to re-save on each person.
When the business day rolls over, and how long an idle session stays signed in.
The local time the business day rolls over for closeout. Governs every closeout; the highest-value field on this screen.
Minutes of inactivity before a signed-in session is signed out automatically.
A local guest record matched more than one MyTime client, or matched only by name. Confirm which client this is, or keep the two separate. Pick one below; there is no default choice.
The shared network-wide client directory refreshes on a nightly cloud job. This reports when it last actually succeeded.
Nothing here yet. Location fleet status and subscription billing terms are a separate, still-unbuilt piece of work.
Changes save as you make them and apply to everyone who has this role, including anyone added later. There is no Save button and nothing to re-apply per person.
The name on this person's sign-in tile. Everyone sees it, so keep it the name the team uses.
Roles decide what someone can do. Pick one or more. Anything set on the User Permissions tab overrides the role.

A guest's liquor choice must be one of these categories (or an explicit substitution). Pick at least one.
Mark exactly one component as the liquor pour when this drink requires a liquor selection.
e.g. beer, wine, seltzer, non-alcoholic.
Pick every pour size bartenders may sell this item at.
One bottle or can, sold as-is. No pour size involved.
Used to price a pour under the shelf pricing model (Location settings). Assigning a tier alone does not change this item's price.
Optional. Fill in as much as you have on hand; nothing here is required to save.
The code printed on the bottle by its manufacturer, the same everywhere it is sold. Used later to scan a bottle into inventory.
Vendors that carry this item, and which one to buy it from by default.
No active items to count.
Stays selected as you go. Change it when you physically move to a new shelf.
Nothing counted yet. Go back and count at least one item before closing.
These numbers are a preview as of right now. The adjustment that actually posts when you close this count uses on-hand as of the moment this count started, so they can differ if a drink was poured while you were counting.
Nothing was counted in this session.
Money is counted on the day it was collected. A tab from an earlier night that pays today shows in today's revenue, and in the earlier night's activity.
The provider declined or rejected these. The guest can be charged again with a fresh payment.
The provider hasn't given a final answer yet. The ticket can't be paid again or closed until a manager confirms what really happened.
Shows which terminals are registered, not whether they're responding right now. A terminal listed as active here can still be unreachable on the floor.
Whether the nightly client-directory sync from MyTime is current. A stale sync means recent client and membership changes may not show up yet.
This records the day as it stands. It cannot be edited or reopened afterward. Open tabs do not block it; they carry over with their original service date.
Vendor, state, line count, and estimated total for every order this location has placed. Read only: placing and approving orders have no screen yet. A "Receive" button opens what each line still owes and records a delivery against it.
No purchase orders yet.
Add products from a draft proposal or a search, review what each vendor's order will contain, then place it. Placing creates one purchase order per vendor.
The cart is empty. Add a product below or accept a draft proposal.
Nothing placed yet this visit.
Products currently low stock, out of stock, or below par, with each product's par level shown next to what is on hand. Adding one here only stages it in the cart above; nothing is ordered until a vendor's order is placed. A product with no par level set shows "—" and is not included by "Add all below par to cart", because there is no target to compute a shortfall from.
Nothing is low stock, out of stock, or below par right now.
Every line on this order has been fully received.
Record a delivery that was ordered outside this product, by phone or on a vendor's own site. Recording it posts the delivery immediately; there is no separate order to place first.
Nothing recorded yet this visit.
